These Sound and Silent Movement labs are focusing on deepening our connection to the physical language of Movement with metaphor and meaning. We will play with moving with silence and lsitening to inner rhythms, breath, instinct and impulse, along with sound and symphony to enhance and expand inspration.
The 5 Rhythms are our navigation, the map that will offer structure and direction.
