An experimental Movement and Art lab, we will move our body guided by the 5 Rhythms to unlock and free our creative expression both on empty space and the canvas. Moving from the dance to the Canvas and drawing what we see, inspired by the enrgy unleashed, exploring levels of relatuonship : Self: Other: Collective.

There will be space given to investigate the creative process as a dance and as visual art.

No experience needed for either art disciplines. Move past the blocks to being free, let go of the fear of making mistakes. Turn everything into Art.
