About
The Symphony of Joy and Sorrow
A 5Rhythms® Heartbeat workshop with Emma Leech
Grief and Joy. Two notes in the same symphony.
How can we know the depths of sorrow without having loved? And how can we truly open to joy without allowing ourselves to feel the tenderness of being alive?
An invitation to dance the bittersweet beauty of our humanity, where tears and laughter belong to the same heart.
Friday evening workshop (open to all)
