Whether we feel blocked or fluid in our emotions. Whether we’re moving with delight or through despair out in the world. Within our heart resides a ray of light that once we connect to, and move with, allows safe passage for ourselves, another and the communities we serve. In effect our rippling heart becomes part of the natural flow and elements of all life.
In this workshop we’ll dive into and move with the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms practice dropping our mind like a pebble into the deep waters of our soul. Listening to the ripples as they vibrate opening our hearts dance, to the poetic grace.
