Over three days, five accomplished teachers — Ajay Rajani, Alex Mackay, Emma Leech, Irem Luqman and Jason Rowe — will each guide you through a rhythm, offering their own wisdom and unique perspective. It's a rare opportunity to learn from teachers with different approaches to the practice, deepening your embodiment of each wave.

The workshop runs into the Harvest full moon — a powerful moment to shed what no longer serves us and feel renewed as a new season begins.
