Immersive Workshops & Embodied Explorations
Movement Lab is the name I give to my longer workshops and immersive explorations.
Unlike a weekly class, a Movement Lab offers more time and space to dive deeply into a theme, question, or area of inquiry through movement.
Drawing on the 5Rhythms® embodiment practices, creativity, poetry, theatre, and imagination, each lab invites participants into a rich and transformative journey of discovery.
Themes may explore creativity, grief, joy, archetypes, relationships, life transitions, the expressive body, or the wisdom held within movement itself.
You do not need to be a dancer.
Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen to your body are enough.
Each Movement Lab is an invitation to slow down, deepen, and discover what becomes possible when we give ourselves time to move, feel, imagine, and explore.
