How do you move when you feel stuck? In the 5 Rhythms practice we learn to move with all of human experience as a physical language. Even when we feel resistance and stuck, unable to move, this is a study of energy, when energy feels heavy, inert, in our psyche we are holding on, resisting change, fears, emotions stirring. The freedom lies when we embody and give shape to the struggle, mental struggle drops into the physical body, we learn to transform our reality into movement, a dance.
