A laboratory of creative movements that explores the masculine and feminine archetypes of the Mistress and the Madonna.

 

Using the 5Rhythms technique we will explore ritual theatre, personal investigation and our capacity for transformation as a fun toolbox. ​

 

I have been practicing the 5Rhythms for over 30 years, and my teachings have been coloured with humor and 'street wisdom', continually redefining the boundaries between art and 'real life'.

 

I am passionate about the extraordinary power of this practice to heal and transform lives, drawing on these unique experiences, I am excited to conduct this investigation into the richness of archetypes.
