The 5Rhythms is a Movement Practice rooted in the body’s instinctive expression, that releases us from our ‘overthinking’ mind, and it has been my life’s work. With over 30 years dedicated to the movement meditation practice, I work with people to move forward, and break-through, from those suffering with addiction, loss and grief to people diving deeper into professional artistic development the application of my practice is as boundless as the discipline itself.

Movement is Metaphor , a poem in motion. We unlock the language of our heart, shift and shape into the landscape of the Soul. Shadows inspire , from stuck to fluid, trapped to liberation. Words fly from our fingertips like birds set free onto the blank pages of empty space. Stillness is my refuge, empty space holds us like a cloak of invisible Love. Strong expansive connection to all of living forms.
In this one day movement lab we will travel inwardly connecting to the dark beauty within, expanding our dance to touch with wide open caress , face, body , heart, mind ...to Love. A dance.
