BODYJAZZ - a half day of immersive movement lab that focuses on the language of movement through each body part, opening up instinctive and creative expression, unlocking your unique dances. We unfold into the body's wisdom, dancing deep into the spontaneous and freestyle dance. We move from 'doing' to 'being'.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers. All hours will go towards the 5 Rhythms teacher training path.
