Once a Month we meet to explore through the discipline of the 5 Rhythms who we are as authentic expression. The body has an instinctive, artistic and soulful language that we tap into, the 5 Rhythms are our map to Spirit. Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness are the gateways that invite us into a deep and wild, surrendered dance.
