The heart is a wild thing. We hold it in our hands like a small bird. Tenderly. Carefully. Knowing that love asks us to hold, and grief asks us, eventually, to open our hands.

Our hands hold so much. They reach, touch, protect, comfort, cling and let go. They remember the people we have held, the things we have lost, and the love that remains.

In this 5Rhythms® movement workshop we will explore grief through the language of the hands. Through dance, we will give the body space to speak what words sometimes cannot: loss, longing, tenderness, anger, love and release.

No dance experience is needed. Simply bring your body, your hands, and whatever is present.
