In this workshop we will explore through the map of the 5 Rhythms movement practice the heart's emotional language.
Sometimes courage shows up in the smallest of ways, and with it it can peep through a little fear, joined at the hip they ride our stories that come in many shapes, what do we worry about on a daily level? How people will see us, or judge us ?
Speaking out against something that does not feel right, fear of offending others by speaking our truth, taking steps towards our dreams and making them a reality, smiling at strangers, allowing ourselves to be seen in our vulnerability, all thses and more as we unravel and explore this dance of fear and courage, a corus of drama unleashed and released back to creative source. It is only by facing our fears that we can overcome them and a more grounded, centered persective will remain, freeing us to reach our potential with Love and humour and conviction.
This workshop entails a beautiful, rich and cathartic movement investigation that reveals us to our emotional landscape unfolding a deeper mystery and love to fall into. It connects us to the universal dance of humanity of Fear Anger Sadness Joy and Compassion.
We will spend time unlocking our body’s intuitive language inspired by the heart’s wisdom. We use movement to explore our edges, resistance and shadows transforming old stories into moving art, promoting healing and freedom.
This is empowerment.

“In the Heartbeat map of the 5 Rhythms we discover our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked away in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings. We learn to Love and see how badly we want it and need it.” Gabrielle Roth
Having attended at least 13 hours of Wave-level.
