This is a one day 5 Rhythms Movement Lab that will explore the first Rhythm Flowing. The root and foundation of the 5 Rhythms practice, grounding ourselves into being fluid, dropping in to our originality, connecting to Who we really are, taking risks, following our feet into the unknown mystery, feeling the edge, excitement of letting go and surrendering and awakening to to our instinct.
