About
The Moving Heart: Chaos & Sorrow
Sorrow has a tide.
The third of five one-day Heartbeat movement labs exploring the emotional map of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms®.
Our bodies are living landscapes of emotion. There are forests of fear, fires of anger, oceans of sorrow, skies of joy and the vast, quiet spaces of compassion.
What if sorrow could become our surrender?
Not to analyse our feelings. Not to fix ourselves. Not to become better versions of who we are.
